Was very pleased with the whole experience. From meeting with Mike for the estimate to scheduling of the job a month later. Workers were great and worked very hard. They did a great job with clean up. Shane was my foreman and kept me informed of the progress. Was lucky enough to have the owner, Bill, onsite and had a great conversation with him as well. Roof looks great and I would not hesitate to call on them again. Great company.
WF Schmidt replaced our gutters, hung new siding and shutters and installed a new front door on our house. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Bill is a perfectionist with an eye for detail and color. Teri in the office was great and always helpful. Miguel and the guys in the field were incredibly hard working and did great work. they treated our house like it was theirs. I would recommend WF Schmidt to anyone!!
The crew from WF Schmidt Construction were fantastic to work with. They were on time and amazingly fast. Our roof was removed and installed in one day. They took care to protect our shrubs. Their clean up was excellent! You would never know they were there. They took extra time running the magnet over the yard and driveway several times to pick up nails. I definitely would recommend them for any services you need.
The entire staff and crew of W F Schmidt was kind and professional. The estimator came over on more than one occasion to drop off samples and complete a full review of our project and was the only estimator that actually got on the roof and inside our attic to give us an accurate estimate. The estimate came in under comparable competitors AND the roofing products had a better warranty!
The crew was awesome, respectful and hard working people who deserve a medal for the 12 hour day in the cold to complete the job. We offered hot coffee and they were so appreciative! The man that came inside wore a mask and took off his boots..gotta love that!

We had an amazing experience with WF Schmidt who replaced our roof. We shopped around a long time as our roof was very unique, and Bill was the one who got the job done! His staff of roofers were awesome - very efficient, polite, always cleaned up after themselves. We love our finished product and could not be happier with Bill and his company!
